All returns are subject to store approval. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Toys, collars, leashes, harnesses, apparel, beds and accessories must be in brand new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging fully intact. Opened treats, supplements, medical and grooming supplies are not eligible to return. All sale and clearance items are not eligible to return regardless of condition. All footwear is not eligible to return. If a credit card was used for the original purchase, a 3% processing fee will be charged for refunds. 

Delivery service fees are based off of the distance to your location from our store at 3110 Blake Avenue in Glenwood Springs. Fees are as follows;

0-5 Miles - $2.00

5-15 Miles - $5.00

15-20 Miles - $8.00

20-30 Miles - $10.00

30-40 Miles - $12.00

Delivery addresses need to be within the serviceable 40 mile radius from our store unless prior arrangements are made. 

We carry a large variety of brands in our store but realize there are many other brands and items that just won't fit in our current location. If you do not see a specific brand of food, treat, supplement or accessory you're interested in, please reach out to us to see if we can order it for you.

Currently we offer home delivery or in-store pickup. If you have interest in getting an item shipped to you, please reach out to us directly for possible consideration.

Currently we deliver to most households in Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, El Jebel, Basalt, New Castle, Silt, Rifle, Redstone, Woody Creek, Snowmass and Aspen.
